The long journey of creating my first book "Carefree, Like Me!" and stepping into my purpose as an artist has not been made in isolation. I've never believed in the "self made man" ideal, because my whole life I've seen the power of community and the beauty that comes from sharing our collective gifts. With this project, friends and loved ones have hoisted me up high on their shoulders and have allowed me to shine through them in a myriad of ways. For that I am forever grateful, and I wanted to take a moment to honor them (you!) in the best way that I knew how. Thank you for giving me the freedom and space to dream!
